By placing an order with Low Country Staged Catering, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Perishable Products
Because our meals are made fresh to order and are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

3. Allergy Disclaimer
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and seafood. We do our best to prevent cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

4. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our site, copy content, or interfere with our services. All site content belongs to Low Country Staged Catering.

5. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you agree to the current terms.
